Shipping policy

We dispatch all orders directly via our ISLAMABAD WAREHOUSE located in DHA.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Delivery Rs: 195 -TCS/Rider (Tracked 4-6 working days).

Express Fast Delivery - LEOPARD/TCS  (Tracked 1-2 working days) please see (checkout Page) for cost information.

International Shipping

Standard Delivery - CityMail/SNWWE (Tracked 5-10 working days) please see checkout for cost information.

It's important to note that international shipping may take longer than domestic shipping due to customs processes and distance. We kindly ask our international customers to allow 5-10 working days for their orders to arrive. 

Failed Delivery !!!

If delivery fails after 2 to 3 attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailable receiver, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to GET LUXES at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the order's total to be refunded.

 

Items not received but tracking shows delivered

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
